Am I covered by insurance?
Eugene and Oleander is not contracted with commercial medical insurance, Medicad or Medicare. There is a monthly clinic fee for our service.
Do I need insurance?
Depending on your plan, having insurance may help with the cost of purchasing the medication at your local pharmacy. Most manufacturers of buprenorphine based medications offer discount cards redeemable at purchase.
Do I need a medical history?
Yes. This information will be collected at your first visit.
What information should I bring?
Please bring your drivers license, health insurance card and relevant medical records related to your diagnosis of opiate addiction/ dependance.
Do you accecpt Medicare patients?
No. Unfortunately we currently do not.
